Mickey founded PBC in 2014.  He is from a small town in South Carolina.  He started his first business when he was 23 years old and now has over 25 years experience in operating and managing businesses.  He has personally started, built and sold three companies. In a consulting role he has helped companies grow as much as 363%.  Mickey has facilitated acquisitions, trained management staff, delivered sales training, provided personal management services, and developed policies and procedures for independently owned service companies.  He has also worked in manufacturing distribution sales and holds his real estate license with a focus on business brokerage services. Additionally, Mickey can provided guest speaking services on many topics for your next corporate event.

Skip founded Skip Corn & Associates in 2004 with one goal in mind, helping the small business owner. Skip is the former CEO/Partner for Eggs Up Grill, former CEO/General Manager at 10 different golf facilities including 5 years working for the PGA tour and former owner/operator of 750 Hardee's restaurants with Spartan Food Systems. After spending over 25 years of high level “hands-on” operational management, Skip decided to utilize this experience to help business owners improve their businesses and lifestyle.  Skip has been in the consulting arena for the last 15 years and has helped many small businesses achieve success. In addition to these other accolades, Skip also holds his real estate license with a focus on commercial properties.
